A start-up tech company asked me to re-think and re-design the user experience and interfaces of the many applications in their ecosystem. They essentially partner influencers with ethical brands and force a percentage of sales toward a charity project with a well-defined goal. A mobile app, an e-commerce site, and a brand and charity portal are envisioned to work seamlessly together connecting four different user groups.

The idea was each influencer that signed up through the mobile app would have their own unique storefront where they could sell vetted products and choose charities to donate a percentage of every sale.

MOBILE APP

Upon starting the Merrier did have a mobile app but it was unfinished and did not logically work. I prepared a 50-page document picking out all the wholes from an interaction and strategy point of view. I wireframed and developed new experiences to fill in the gaps including an onboarding process and the management of an online store.

BRAND PORTAL

Brands needed a seamless way of onboarding and creating campaigns for influencers to partake. I developed an iterative approach to the brand portal starting with an MVP and helped develop a roadmap. I also identified and implemented competitive advantages like an integration with unsplash to enable quick mood board creation.
